Who Can Enroll

VISTA Learning Academy serves students in grades 9–12 who are seeking a flexible, personalized learning experience. Enrollment is open to Valley View ISD students and approved out-of-district students.

Important Dates

• Enrollment is open year-round based on available space
• Fall classes begin August 2026 (aligned with the district calendar)

Eligibility

Students must complete an application and meet program expectations to be considered for acceptance.

Residency

• Must meet Texas residency requirements
• Proof of residency will be required during enrollment

Grade Level

• Open to students in grades 9–12

Academic Expectations

• Demonstrates the ability to stay on track with coursework
• Meets grade-level expectations on assessments

Attendance

• Maintains consistent engagement and participation

Behavior

• Demonstrates appropriate school conduct
• No significant or ongoing discipline concerns

Documentation

• Parent/guardian must provide a valid photo ID
• Additional enrollment documents will be required upon acceptance
