Superintendent

Dr. Womack joined Valley View ISD in 2024 after serving as superintendent of Richland Springs ISD. He brings more than 20 years of experience in public education, including 14 years in administrative leadership. He earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Tarleton State University and completed his Doctorate in Educational Leadership in 2026. Dr. Womack also serves on the Professional Leadership Executive Committee for the Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA).

Now entering his third year as superintendent of Valley View ISD, Dr. Womack remains committed to servant leadership, high instructional expectations, and building strong relationships with students, staff, and the community. He believes in fostering a culture of trust, excellence, and opportunity for all students.

Dr. Womack and his wife, Mindy, have been married for more than 20 years. They are proud members of Eagle Nation and have two sons, Connor and Hunter, with Connor having graduated and Hunter continuing his educational journey.
