Suicide Prevention and Awareness

At Valley View ISD, we are committed to supporting the mental health and well-being of every student. We recognize that each individual’s experiences and challenges are unique, and no one should feel like they have to face them alone.

If you or someone you know needs support, please reach out to a trusted adult on your campus, such as a teacher, administrator, or school counselor. Our staff is here to listen and help connect students with the resources they need.

Students are encouraged to speak up and share how they are feeling. Friends, family members, and school staff care deeply and want to help.

You can also call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at any time. Support is free, confidential, and available 24/7.
