We are excited to announce that this year's Prom will be held on:

πŸ“ Venue: Whispering Oaks Wedding Venue, 910 Red Top Rd, Valley View, TX 76272

Whispering Oaks offers a beautiful rustic setting nestled among oak trees, providing a picturesque backdrop for an unforgettable evening.

Additional Details:

  • Tickets: Information on ticket sales will be provided soon.
  • Attire: Formal. All attire must follow the VVISD dress code.
  • Transportation: Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue.

πŸ“£ Prom Announcement – Saturday, April 19

We are excited for Prom and want to share important details regarding the evening:

✨ Walk-Up & Student Announcements
The student walk-up and announcements will begin at 7:45 PM. Students and parents should be in place and ready by 7:30 PM.

🌧️ Weather Contingency
There is currently a high chance of rain. Due to limited indoor space, the walk-up will be canceled if it is raining.
We recommend that parents make alternate plans to take photos off-site before prom in case of inclement weather.

πŸš— Parking Information

  • Students may park in the student parking lot.

  • Parents may use the student lot for drop-off only—no parent parking will be allowed in that area.

  • A separate parking area for parents will be available.
