1095-B Health Coverage Forms

Recent changes under the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act have modified how employers distribute 1095-B forms. Valley View ISD is no longer required to automatically mail 1095-B forms as proof of minimum essential coverage unless an employee specifically requests a copy.

How to Request a 1095-B Form
Employees who need a paper copy of their 1095-B form may request one by emailing Misty Price at mprice@vvisd.net.
