Summer Training Time Overview
Female Athletes
- 8:00 – 9:00 AM: Speed & agility development (meet at the track)
- 9:00 – 10:00 AM: Strength training (weight room)
- 10:00 – 10:45 AM: Sport-specific skills development
- Week 1 & 2 – Softball
- If not playing softball:
- Monday/Tuesday – Basketball
- Wednesday/Thursday – Volleyball
- If not playing softball:
- Week 3 & 4 – Basketball
- If not playing basketball:
- Monday/Tuesday – Softball
- Wednesday/Thursday – Volleyball
- If not playing basketball:
- Week 5 & 6 – Volleyball
- If not playing volleyball:
- Monday/Tuesday – Softball
- Wednesday/Thursday – Basketball
- If not playing volleyball:
- Week 1 & 2 – Softball
Male Athletes
7:00 or 8:00 AM – 10:45 AM

Football Players (2025 Season)
- Report to the stadium by 6:45 AM
- 7:00 – 7:45 AM: Football session
- Break before weights

Non-Football Athletes
- Report to the weight room at 8:00 AM or earlier
- 8:00 – 9:00 AM: Weight room session
- 9:00 – 10:00 AM: Speed & agility development
- If finished early, transition to skills training (ending between 10:15 – 10:30 AM)
- 10:00 – 10:45 AM:
- Monday & Wednesday – Basketball
- Tuesday & Thursday – Baseball
- Athletes not participating in these sports may leave after speed training.
