Bacterial Meningitis Requirement for Seniors
Texas law requires most students entering a Texas college or university who are under 22 to provide proof of a bacterial meningitis vaccination or booster received within the previous five years. The vaccination must generally be received at least 10 days before the semester begins.
Families may contact their healthcare provider or local health department for vaccination information.
