Rank One Sport Information

No matter what sport you plan to play, you MUST have a physical and Rank One completed EVERY year. Please see the links below to get started.

Rank One is now live for the 2024-2025 school year, and student-athletes can complete their VVISD/UIL forms there.

All students in grades 7-12 who plan to participate in athletics and sports must complete their forms through Rank One before they are allowed to participate in the 2024-2025 school year.  

Paper copies will not be accepted. The Physical Evaluation form is the one exception.

STUDENTS NEW TO Valley View ISD
Students new to Valley View ISD cannot submit electronic forms until they have been issued a Valley View ISD Student ID number.
