Valley View ISD will host on-campus physicals for students participating in athletics, marching band, and cheer during the 2025–2026 school year. These physicals are required to participate in any of these activities next year.

Valley View Family Medical Clinic will be on campus to conduct physicals on the following dates:

Dates & Schedule:

• Tuesday, May 6

  • 1st Period: High School Boys

  • 2nd Period: Junior High Girls

  • 6th Period: 6th Grade Girls

• Wednesday, May 7

  • 5th Period: High School Girls

  • 7th Period: 6th Grade Boys

  • 8th Period: Junior High Boys

Cost: $20 (cash or check only)

Students must complete the medical history section (front page) of the physical form prior to their appointment. Physical forms are available in the school office or from Coach Terry, or can be downloaded using the link below:

Please ensure your student is prepared for their scheduled time. Completing the physical on campus is a convenient way to meet UIL requirements and avoid scheduling conflicts over the summer.
