The Lady Eagles delivered an exciting playoff performance Tuesday night, defeating the Quitman Bulldogs in a thrilling 42–39 victory. In a tightly contested game from start to finish, Valley View stayed composed under pressure and made the key plays when it mattered most.

With the win, the Lady Eagles improve to 22–10 on the season and extend their winning streak to five games. The victory also brought an end to Quitman’s ten-game winning streak, as the Bulldogs close their season at 25–12.

Now, Valley View advances to the next round of playoffs and will face Paradise on Friday, February 27 at 6:00 PM at Denton High School. Eagle Nation is encouraged to come out and support our girls as they continue their postseason run.

• A $1 convenience fee is added to each ticket.

• Tickets may be purchased ahead of time or on site.

• District, TABC, THSCA, and TGCA passes are accepted. Please do not validate passes before entering the gym.

• Children under 5 do not need a ticket.

• All sales are final — no refunds.

Due to the playoff game, there have been changes to Friday’s baseball and softball schedules:

Softball vs. Alvord
Originally scheduled in Alvord, the game has been moved to a home game in Valley View.
New start time: 3:15 PM

Baseball vs. S&S (in Valley View)
JV will play at 1:00 PM
Varsity will play at 3:00 PM
